The content of any advertisement placed on our site is subject to PIPERS approval. Adverts relating to dating or personal services, alcohol, drugs, prescription medicines, products of dubious or unclear origin, firearms, or offensive material will not be accepted. Payment for adverts not accepted will be refunded. All adverts are placed subject to a guarantee of ownership of copyright or trademark rights.

PIPERS reserves the right to reject any advert or to rescind any advert that does not meet agreed conditions. All advertising space is sold subject to availability and every effort will be made to ensure that there is no conflict of interest between banner advertisers on any single page.

All Ads will need to be paid for in advance and all materials will need to conform to PIPERS website standards. The minimum advertising period is Three (3) months.

PIPERS bears no responsibility for any errors or omissions in any of the advertising materials that are supplied to us by advertisers and no responsibility is taken for errors or omissions due to the ISP or website platform provider.
