This Section of the PIPERS website has been designed to give General information about Intellectual Property and, in particular on Patents, Trademarks, Copyright and Designs.

The Section also includes useful links to the major Patent Office sites. The links can be found on the right hand bar at the side of this screen.

The other Sections of the site are generated for specific groups such as “inventors” or “small businesses” and they too contain information that you may find useful. Please feel free to browse these sections. The “IP Virtual Library” is also well worth a visit and provides useful links to various Statutes, information on IP treaties, and a myriad of free-to-use reference material.
